James CookSecond Judicial Circuit Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award winner (and TBA member) James Cook with Florida Bar President Ray Abadin at the Florida Supreme Court on Jan. 28 for the pro bono awards ceremony. The Tallahassee Bar Association extends its sincere thanks to James Cook for his pro bono work with dependency cases and troubled teens. His legal help is sought by guardians ad litem, Florida Dept. of Children and Families, FSU’s Public Interest Law Center, attorneys for other parties in cases, judges in court and the families of children in need. Cook is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law.
