joe-bodifordTBA member Joe Bodiford spoke on “The Three Rules of Cross-Examination,” our Aug. 19, 2016, CLE program. To show our appreciation to Joe for his excellent presentation, we are featuring him in our first TBA member profile.

Joe Bodiford is board certified by The Florida Bar in Criminal Trial, and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Criminal Trial Advocacy. He obtained his J.D. and LL.M. in Advocacy (with distinction) from Stetson University College of Law. He is a former Florida state prosecutor and has been in private practice since 1999. Bodiford is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Florida State University College of Law (Cross Examination, trial skills classes) and is Co-Director for the Trial Team.
