College of Medicine Grand Rounds Presentation

At 4 P.M. on Thursday, November 9, the FSU Center for Innovative Collaboration in Medicine and Law will host the College of Medicine Grand Rounds Presentation. The speaker will be Jay Wolfson, Dr.PH, J.D. In addition to holding senior faculty and administrative positions at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, Dr. Wolfson served as the court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem for Teresa Schiavo in the Florida litigation regarding patient rights at the end of life that garnered significant national attention several years ago. Dr. Wolfson will be speaking about end-of-life issues from his unique perspective. At 6 PM that same evening, Dr. Wolfson will be speaking on the same topic to a more general public audience in a presentation co-sponsored by Big Bend Hospice and the Center for Innovative Collaboration in Medicine and Law.
